You avoid going out, deserted industrial parks when you are looking for a restaurant, or even if it is just a few minutes from the center of the city with the car, right? you always want to avoid crowded narrow bars, with people who join with free tapa 's. so they don't have to spend money for a full meal, in a cozy but loud restaurant behind a far ominous looking door, right? they believe that spanier in their natural living room, to avoid all costs, or? they are of the arrogant opinion that all foreigners have a duty to speak English, or? very nice! then we will never meet in this méson, which deserves to serve their beautiful, except for the erde regional food for those who would have reacted to all above with a cordial wrong. stewed ochsenschwanz, zartes pisto, trained lenses with veg, dried kabeljau and other up to the earthy, well executed local dishes are on the menu. good wine, cheap, as well as plenty of luncheon choices (under a teneriffer incl. drinking, starter and desert plus coffee) are a daily item. I drive my travels in this part of Spanish around the time lunch is served here and sometimes I stay in the (good) hotel just 10 minutes to walk. they speak better English than I speak Spanish, but have proven themselves to be a perfect understanding of Vinger drawing, around on gestures, rubs of the lean and, above all, of smiling faces, even if a false or misunderstood court ends on the table.
In the late night was a great discovery! the last restaurant that is open on a Friday evening, eating was not disappointed, neither the super friendly staff!
The restaurant has a spacious air-conditioned area and serves good food. the jamon iberico is one of the best served in mérida. the personal is friendly and competent.
