Raphael immediately sat us at a romantic table for two and answered our questions about the wine selection and meal choices. Everything was amazing from the Zinfandel to the fresh salad to the eggplant parm to the...decadent chocolate dessert and cappuccino! All of this combined with the comfortable ambiance and Raphael’s outstanding service truly made a wonderful dining experience. We will return!!!

I was surprised to see that a restaurant in a hotel was so authentic, but Spasso takes special care to bring ingredients straight from Italy and their wine selection is awesome. I have eaten there 3...times and will continue to go back. It's really outstanding.

We wanted something different after many days of delicious Mexican food and chose Spasso. All 5 of us enjoyed the very decent pasta and pizza...but the best part is the friendly, professional and cordial service especially our lead waiter Sr. Homero. Excellent value for the great experience. Was a nice ending to our pleasant visit to Merida and can highly recommend.
