We dined there that night Fabulous tapas...best chicken dish I've ever had Live music, the singer was excellent Setting inside an older home w lots of bohemian environmental characteristics...impressive patio arrangements around the home under beautiful trees and beside a dip pool surrounded by gardens All ages were present at lunch w a lie family bday party in a side room which was private and had a full length view to the courtyard See u next week and again in april...definitely a food spot each year as we have family here

We arrived at 8, and scored one a the few tables near the little pool in the lovely garden. I had huevos motuleños, which were fantastic. My favorite place in Merida so far! The second time we ate here, my opinion is unchanged. But it’s better to make a reservation if you want to sit by the pool, especially on Valentine’s Day. We had huevos mexicanos and a crepe with Nutella and bananas, both very good. The service and setting are impeccable, and the price is very reasonable.

I’ve spent the past month in Mérida and I’ve eaten out nearly every meal-in both simple places and very sophisticated ones-and I have to say that this place is... read more I’ve spent the past month in Mérida and I’ve eaten out nearly every meal-in both simple places and very sophisticated ones-and I have to say that this place is my favorite place in all of Mérida. It’s lovely, the food is terrific and the staff very friendly. It just has a great, welcoming, fun vibe. I recommend the Huevos Rancheros and Huevos Motuleños and all of the creative juice mixtures. Worth the trip over to the Garcia Ginerés neighborhood.
