The owner was incredibly f... read more I absolutely adored this restaurant. If I were a long-term resident of Newcastle, this would definitely become a regular spot for me. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and it was clear that the locals also enjoyed frequenting this cafe. The decor was quirky and cosy, and the food and drinks were both delicious and well-portioned. I highly recommend trying the Açai bowls when you visit. I also ordered the tropical smoothie, which tasted just like a boost juice and was the perfect way to start my morning.

The vegan macadamia slice was ok, but a little overpowering on the peanut front. Lateé was presented in a simple but wonderful fashion. Aesthetically pleasing. Pretty great customer service.
