We ordered 3 salads, whic... read more This restaurant is now called Stadtcafe. It offers wonderful salads and desserts at a price defying any competition, and with a smile. We ordered 3 salads, which were delicious, refined and generous. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. I don't think I ate such an excellent salad in my whole life (and yet I eat a lot of vegetables). The trout was so fabulous. Bravo to the team and the leader.

The city café is very cozy, the service is perfect and the offer is simply brilliant. Started by the versatile coffee and tea offer about the freshly squeezed juices by choice and the homemade punch. The cakes are homemade and unsurpassed. At noon you always get a culinary highlight here. The homemade dumplings are the best you can find in Merano. It is best to take them with the varied salad with the super dressing. The soups and pasta dishes are also very delicious! The cafe is so well visited and in the neighborhood is also appreciated by locals so that you sometimes have to bring a bit of waiting time to get a table. But this speaks for the quality of the city cafe.
