In the restaurant there was an too lively atmosphere. the dishes were good, but the wee was terrible: after half the glass we had very strong headaches.

It was a stormy eventing with thunder and lightning. There were few customers. I can’t really say anything about the noise level (yes, it was noisy, but that was the storm), and the short waiting time might be the result of the reduced number of customers.
