However, upper management needs to ensure they have the resources necessary to effectively run the store. There were no fresh fruits available for the bowls, and all your fresh squeeze machines were out of order for the fresh squeezed juice. If this were a recent issue, I could understand, but it has been ongoing. I would love to continue supporting your restaurant since my family lives nearby. I'm not someone who typically leaves negative reviews and am genuinely interested in seeing improvements. Please provide the help needed to enhance the menu and overall experience.

When I placed my drink and food order, the sta... read more I’ve been trying to reach Jamba since Saturday (09/24/2022) to file a complaint, but they never answer the phone. When I placed my drink and food order, the staff member who helped me was quite impatient and unprofessional. She didn’t use gloves after handling money, and when I pointed it out, she became visibly annoyed. I mentioned that I work in the same industry and was uncomfortable with her attitude. Additionally, I received a sausage and egg sandwich instead of my ordered vegetarian option, and my drink was only half-blended. I’ve also tried to contact corporate, but they haven't answered either. It seems like there’s a larger issue at Jamba that likely comes from the top, as proper training for new employees is crucial. I’ve never seen a manager in the restaurant during any of my visits.
