Most of the time they don?t have large cups, yogurt to make smoothies and much more, they have the sign on the door most of the time letting you know what they don?t have. And they always close 15-20 minutesearly. Just went there to get a smoothie tonight at 8:45 pm and they said they were closed. Constantly horrible Jamba Juice.

However, upper management needs to ensure they have the resources necessary to effectively run the store. There were no fresh fruits available for the bowls, and all your fresh squeeze machines were out of order for the fresh squeezed juice. If this were a recent issue, I could understand, but it has been ongoing. I would love to continue supporting your restaurant since my family lives nearby. I'm not someone who typically leaves negative reviews and am genuinely interested in seeing improvements. Please provide the help needed to enhance the menu and overall experience.

Only one employee was working, and he was doing everything he possibly could — literally running the whole place by himself. The delay wasn’t his fault; it was management’s. No store should be staffed with only one person. Really disappointing experience, and shame on the owner for not having proper staff.
