Was then told couldn’t order until 1pm.... read more The sign says open all day for food from 12, how misleading. Arrived at 12.15pm to be asked if we had booked, we hadn’t. Was then told couldn’t order until 1pm. Went back at 1pm to be asked the same question then told no we couldn’t order food. They weren’t exactly fully booked or even close. No customer service or explanation as to why food wasn’t available, but the sign needs to be changed as it’s not worth parking the car.

The room was great, the bed was comforta... read more I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while attending a friend's wedding nearby and had a fantastic experience. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and there was a good selection of beer and single malts at the bar. The prices were reasonable as well. It's a shame we won't be able to come back when the band "Pro Quo" plays next month, as I'm sure it will be a lot of fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
