What plm24 doesn't like about Starbucks:
Pop in here for take out coffee from time to time when passing through. Ordered 2x lattes. When I got to car and we started drinking we found that both had an unusually large amount of froth, at least quarter of the drink ! So our Grandes that we had paid for were really just Talls Both coffees tasted burnt and scalding hot. Totally undrinkable. The whole experience cost us £7.10, not a cheap treat. We had two toddle... The staff were friendly and service was fast. Had a strawberry and cream frappe, it was very bland. Had take away so could not go back unfortunately. But head office more than helpful to resolve. View all feedback.
