The staff were friendly and service was fast. Had a strawberry and cream frappe, it was very bland. Had take away so could not go back unfortunately. But head office more than helpful to resolve. View all feedback.
What plm24 doesn't like about Starbucks:
Pop in here for take out coffee from time to time when passing through. Ordered 2x lattes. When I got to car and we started drinking we found that both had an unusually large amount of froth, at least quarter of the drink ! So our Grandes that we had paid for were really just Talls Both coffees tasted burnt and scalding hot. Totally undrinkable. The whole experience cost us £7.10, not a cheap treat. We had two toddle... Beautiful coffee and eat nothing wrong with the personal at all. destined to eat or drink 5/5 stars
Despite the very short coworker, a dame named star with only two young girls working with her was very hard. She apologized to all customers about the waiting that was obviously not her fault and served all with a smile.
We've used this dieucks a lot and it's always good. it stopped today and it was terrible. in the past a beautiful sign with the hint of what beautiful Christmas they had. I have to go to the counter and it was practically empty. on a sandwich. because there is not much to choose. the guy came back and removed the “show” sandwich from the display and explained that they were from sandwiches. Are they trying to order a peach ice tea, had they not made a green tea? do they not make it from the ground on how costa? the two Ingwerbread-Latte were hot no sprinkles. all in all very over price and not worth the visit.
If I could give this place no stars I would. Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever received in a Starbucks.Whoever is the Line Manager in this Store needs to give their staff a training session in customer service . Was waiting in the queue...early on a Saturday morning for 2 drinks..that’s it.20 mins later still waiting and I count a queue if at least 20 behind me waiting to be served.The two young girls on the shift didn’t seem that bothered making people wait whilst the queue was out the door and people were leaving. Think some proper staff training is required in this branch..service is abysmal.
