Feedback

★ 4.5 / 5 from 276 reviews

The cafe received mixed reviews from customers. Some enjoyed the community knitting aspect and friendly service, while others were disappointed with the lack of options, quality of food, and service. The atmosphere was praised, but the lack of social distancing and outdated website were noted. Despite some negative feedback, others found the food delicious and the staff excellent. Overall, the cafe seems to have potential but would benefit from updating their menu, improving customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Disappointing. Cake was so dry and should NOT have been sold as almost inedible surroundings ok. Not very friendly but due to close in next hour. May try again one day. Prices average

I had a delicious coffee and a generous slice of Lime and Courgette sponge at this restaurant. It was a perfect treat on a cold, wet day. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I walked to Mells with high hopes of enjoying breakfast at the cafe. The website advertised a variety of breakfast options such as bacon baguettes and rolls, but upon arrival, only croissants and tea cakes were available. I ended up settling for an Americano, which was weak and bland. Despite the positive reviews on the website and TripAdvisor, I was very disappointed with the lack of options and quality of the coffee. I will not be returning and believe the misleading website should be updated.
