The only downside is the lo... read more We enjoy going to the garden centre and take advantage of our Dobbies Loyalty Card, which offers us a free coffee at the restaurant. The only downside is the long line to get a coffee, so often we end up not bothering to get one. We're not sure if we'll renew our membership next year.

One girl on the till also doing coffees. Que of 20 people waiting, atmosphere between staff you could cut with a knife single girl struggling recieved no help at all whilst other staff banged about with glum looking faces. Come on Dobbies this is rubbish.

Recently visited for lunch. What a awful experience. Hardly anything left for lunch (it was lunchtime) staff couldn't be bothered, moaning etc. Where they serve... read more Recently visited for lunch. What a awful experience. Hardly anything left for lunch (it was lunchtime) staff couldn't be bothered, moaning etc. Where they served our coffee, there was spilt milk on the counter but just pushed our cups through it. I ordered an egg sandwich, my husband a coronation chicken. They used the knife on my husbands sandwich to cut mine. Good job I'm not vegetarian! The drinking glasess and cutlery were filthy. Never again, disgusting hygiene standards.
