I proceeded to drive up... read more The restaurant states that they close at 10 o'clock. I went to the drive-thru on 4/6/22 at 9:32 and nobody took my order on the screen. I proceeded to drive up to the window, but when the young lady saw me, she walked away. I waited for a while at the window for her to come back. When she finally realized I was still there, she walked away again. This is completely unacceptable!

The chili tasted like ketchup mixed with meat and I was disappointed when I ordered a taco salad but they didn't even know what it was. They were out of the ingredients to make it. Even my partner didn't enjoy his meal. The chips for the taco salad were also missing. I believe we deserve some compensation as we had to throw most of our meal away. I don?t know if this is a management decision or not but to me itseems like you don?t want to actually do the work you applied to do and serve customers.

Was told I could have an old chicken biscuit that was left over but they would not make anymore breakfast. Customer Service doesn't get any worse than refusing toserve a customer. What is the management there doing?? Get it together.
