That h... read more I attended the Memphis Tigers basketball game on 2/5/22. When the opposing team misses two free throws in a row at any game, you get a free small frosty. That happened tonight so after the game I stop by this location. I arrive around 9:45. Line is long and moves extremely slow. It is 10 by the time I get to the speaker. I talk into the speaker and it takes a couple minutes before someone responds and says they are changing shifts. I wait 10 minutes and silence. I yell into the speaker and still no response. Finally frustrated I get out of line and drive around. I call this store on the phone and someone answers and says they are open. I tell them I was at the game and wanted the frosty only to be told the machine is down. It is now 10:15 so I wasted 30 minutes in line for nothing.This is pathetic and unacceptable. This is extremely bad service. I will never return to this location ever again.

Went out to a friends house with my boyfriend and came to Wendy?s just to have 4 cars infront of us. So we waited about 20min just to get our order in. We have separate cars so my boyfriend asked if we could do two separate orders,and lady responded with ?no we about to close soon? like ??? Ma?am y?all close at 12. It?s only 10:30. So not only did she lieto us bc they?re lazy, she also was super disrespectful and didn?t even take our order. After we asked ?I thought you guysclosed at 12@ she responded with ?nope we closed now? and never took our order. Lazy LAZY people. Don?t give them your money
