I had to ask several times for wha... read more The sandwich was quite tasty, but the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacking enthusiasm. I had to ask several times for what I needed, despite speaking clearly, as they didn’t seem to be paying attention. After finally getting my sandwich made correctly—there was a moment when the employee nearly tossed out my bacon instead of adding it—I found the cashier too absorbed in a phone call to hear me repeat my order three times. I had requested a large sweet tea, but when I learned they didn't have any brewed, I made sure to let them know. By the time I finished my sandwich and chips, they still hadn't prepared any. It was quite frustrating, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy, which left little justification for the lackluster service.
