What User doesn't like about Sarku Japan:
The cooking takes an eternity, and they will overlook you if they choose to. I waited in line for 20 minutes, and they completely ignored me, continuing to serve others instead. When I brought it to their attention, they asked for my receipt, as if they didn’t believe I had paid. After I showed them my receipt, they got upset and still made me wait in line. My daughter and I have a tradition of sharing this order because it's more than enough food for two: one teriyaki chicken with double meat, no sweet sauce, double fries with extra sauce, and an additional plate. It's absolutely perfect! Now that she's 18, we still enjoy sharing this meal whenever she's in town. View all feedback.
