Contribute FeedbackNapa Cafe offers a mixed dining experience, with some customers citing average food and service, including a disappointing creme brûlée mishap. However, others raved about the beautiful setting, delicious meals, and exceptional service, praising the live Jazz music and friendly staff. The extensive menu, including appetizers like crab dip and entrees such as lamb special and sea bass, received high marks for taste and presentation. Diners appreciated the cozy ambiance, attentive service, and the value placed on staff contributions. Despite minor shortcomings, many left impressed and eager to return to the award-winning Napa Cafe.
The service was very, very slow-but because of the pandemic that is somewhat to be expected. The food was not up to Napa's standard-my food was good. Four out of the six in our party had issues with their food. However, only one complained. It was good to see the restaurant was full
The music with Alphonso Sanders was exceptional! A bit pricey for the portion size but food was very good. The only disappointment was the manager/owner never stopped to greet our table , and we were one of the first reservations
We had the crab dip and shrimp dumplings appetizers. For entrees, we all had something different: the lamb special, sea bass, filet mignon and the shrimp and grits. Then we finished it off with buttermilk pie and key lime pie. Everything was delicious
We were promptly seated next to a musician who was perfectly charming and talented, great music and multi-instrumental. The staff was attentive and not overbearing. Food was prompt and perfect. Highly recommend
