Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza - Memphis

I’m not sure who was cooking at the Union Avenue location around 7 PM on Wednesday, but the experience was disappointing. The two pizzas and bread I ordered came with extra ingredients I didn't request—feta cheese, for instance—which was unexpected. Additionally, the pizzas were the wrong size and overcooked. To top it off, the bread didn’t even have any marinara sauce. I’ve never had a bad pizza from Pyros before, which is why I'm bringing this up. My recommendation would be to either let that person go or provide them with some retraining.

My kids really enjoy this pizza, which is why we visit frequently. However, I've noticed that the quality of both the service and food has declined over the past two years. While I personally prefer other restaurants, my children love the beverage machine that offers a wide selection of carbonated drinks.

Our nonprofit had a wonderful and heart felt experience with a surprise baby shower Pizza Party to one of our very special employees. Pyro’s staff, particularly Tabitha the manager, was involved and connected to us with such a warm welcoming heart to help and encourage our team. Our pizzas were excellent and the lunch crew was extremely patient with our large team. We rented the conference room that was so affordable for us and was the perfect venue. I highly recommend this pizza place .

This was the first time I've ever eaten here and I will definitely be back. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. Think Subway, for pizzas. (And pasta and salad)

While I understand prices have increased for every restaurant, all over the city, the price increase at pyro's has been a bit much! We got two individual pizzas, a salad, and two drinks. It was almost 50 bucks! It doesn't make any sense, but like I said I know the prices of things have gone up. You would think that maybe the customer service wouldn't be so bad with prices like that, but the customer service was kind of off today. The young man who initially served us he was great, the young lady who took over for him, not so great. She seemed annoyed about the toppings that we were asking to be put on our pizza and in our salad, like that's what pyros is about! You put what you want on the pizza, but to seem annoyed was a bit much! Anyway I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, just because of the customer service. The prices I understand, but the customer service I don't!
