I went there today at 4pm. I never have a problem with the customer services. They do a wonderful job! Today order was fantastic. But some days I don’t know cooks in the back but sometimes my order isn’t exactly how it should be… I ordered a turkey Panini. And when I got it the sandwich wasn’t flattened and grilled how it is supposed to be. Hit or miss sometimes but more hit than miss. View all feedback.

I don't know if it was a bad day or what but the sweet tea tasted funny, burger had no seasoning or flavor, but the fries were great and customer service was immaculate View all feedback.
My children frequently order from Pop's, but this was the first time my husband and I placed an order. We initially ordered through DoorDash, but unfortunately, our driver delivered our food to the wrong address and didn't apologize for the mistake. When we arrived at the restaurant, the owner was very helpful and mentioned that a similar incident had happened to him just the week before. Despite the delivery issue, the food was absolutely delicious!
The food at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They served the dishes promptly and checked in to see if we needed anything. If you find yourself in the area, be sure to stop by for a meal. You won't be disappointed!
The loaded hot dog was one of the best I've had in the city. The gyros are expertly prepared, and the owners are friendly and local. This place is definitely a hidden gem!
The Chicken Chef Salad and Philly Burger are the BEST IN THE CITY!!! Friendly staff and owner. Never disappointed with the quality of customer service from start to finish!!!!! And these chocolate chip cookies are HUGE!!!! Prices are very reasonable!From a very pleased customer.
Why haven?t I ever stopped here?? I?m about to take down the entire menu. This food is amazing!!! Great people working here too!! I loved my first visit and will definitely be back.
