Phó Só 8 - Memphis

The food, service, and atmosphere were incredible! I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return soon!

Everything was great, especially the noodles. The soup was a bit too sweet for my taste and the portion was smaller compared to other pho places. I also wish the restroom was cleaner. Overall, I give the food a 5/5!

I've eaten both in the restaurant and ordered takeout, and I've enjoyed everything. The place is clean, and they make a fantastic banh mi as well.

This place is the real deal! Memphis is the nearest city where I can find great Asian food. I've attached a photo of the menu for the banh mi sandwiches. The other photo is outdated regarding prices, but considering inflation, they seem reasonable.

I decided to give them another chance, but during my second visit, after placing my order and paying, the same rude old man started coughing. Given the ongoing pandemic, it was alarming that he took no health precautions and continued to handle my order. I hoped that he would at least go to the back to wash his hands, but he didn’t. Instead, he kept coughing and proceeded to take orders for both dine-in and take-out. The situation got worse when he returned to the register with a runny nose, wiped it with his hand, and then continued to accept cash and hand out food without any signs of hygiene. I was in disbelief at how disgusting it was. He never sanitized his hands, and I found it completely unacceptable. I immediately requested a refund, but he was very resistant because my food was ready. I refused to accept it because I wasn't sure whether he had been touching my food during his time in the back. I decided it was better to be safe than sorry.
