Napa Cafe - Memphis

This place is amazing! The atmosphere, live music, cocktails, and food are all fantastic. The service is exceptional. A special shoutout to Ian, our waiter, who took great care of us on my birthday. We will definitely be returning!

My partner and I went to Napa Cafe for an early Valentine's Day dinner and it was fantastic. The ambiance was lovely and the food was equally delicious. The portion sizes were perfect and our waiter Ian was excellent in recommending wines and entrees. We will definitely return, as it is the perfect spot for a romantic date night.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic. Our reservation was confirmed with a question about our preferences and if we were celebrating anything special. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and happily provided us with recommendations. The atmosphere was romantic, and we were seated in a somewhat private area as per our request. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every bite. This was our first time dining here, but it certainly won't be our last. We had salmon, filet mignon, key lime pie, and crème brûlée.

All I can say is amazing! From the time we got there til we left. Consumer service still exists. Great food presentation still alive. Everything was to perfection. This is just the happy plate of leftovers. Thanks Napa Cafe.

Experience was amazing. Great service and staff. The few issues were IMMEDIATELY rectified which is rare in service industry for this area. I appreciate Glenda following up with me as Mgmt to ensure we were satisfied.
