Mcdonald's - Memphis

I visited this location three times in one week, and each time the fries were so stale that I ended up giving them to my dog. When I spoke to the manager, he told me to go inside for a fresh meal, but it was a different manager than before. Clearly, there needs to be better training for the staff on customer service because it seems like no one remembers the basics. I am really disappointed and won’t be returning to this location. They take customers' money but seem indifferent about providing good service. At the last window, an older lady told me, "We don’t do redos." I thought, "Lady, I paid for a meal that should be hot and fresh every time." No excuses for that! I genuinely believe that McDonald's would benefit from having more diverse staff members who understand the importance of customer service. A tip for anyone ordering fries: if they are hot and stand up in your fingers, then you know they are freshly made.

This is exactly how McDonald's should operate! The staff was friendly, and the food was served hot and quickly. I have nothing but positive feedback about this location.

I wanted to grab some food during work at 8 PM on a Friday, but to my surprise, there was no one at the drive-thru. In fact, there were people in the parking lot taking pictures of the empty workspaces through the windows. This isn't the first time this has happened this week. I really don't understand how this place manages to have good reviews, especially with an average of 3 stars. I would not recommend going here at all.

Stopped here for lunch. Told the lady at the order window I wanted a LOT of sweet and sour sauce with my 10 piece nugget meal. Got my food, they put 2 sauces in. I asked for 4 more. They said they would be 45 cents a piece. I offered my debit card and they said I had to park my car and go in. The lady finally gave me 3 when I complained. Then I start to eat and realized that I only had 9 nuggets in my 10 piece meal. Never stopping here again.

My order was wrong since it was not correct on the ticket. I was asked to pull up and wait. Waited 15-20 minutes, order was never brought to me. I went inside and they forgot I was waiting and the sandwich was never remade. The manager was very nice but it was frustrating having to wait more time for the order to be prepared.
