Mcdonald's - Memphis

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff showed little respect for customers and their time, as they were more focused on goofing around and dancing rather than working. I was there for a GrubHub delivery and ended up waiting inside for about 45 to 50 minutes for a simple order of 10-piece nuggets and a quarter pounder meal. One of the employees, who is in the picture, even cursed at me, saying they had other orders to handle and that the drive-thru was backed up. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating visit.

The service at fast food restaurants has really deteriorated lately. They all seem to be slipping. McDonald's used to be a staple in our lives, an essential place to grab a bite. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. It was already struggling even before the pandemic hit.

The drive-thru menu doesn’t reflect what's actually in the bag. Be sure to tell the order taker exactly what you want without using numbers, and remember to check your order before leaving.

I want to commend the young man that Tom my order. He was very attentive, and asked if I could wait a few minutes, for him to make a fresh pot of coffee because the other was old. He thanked me multiple times. Great jobFood: 5/5
