Mcdonald's - Memphis

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and a medium Sprite. Unfortunately, both my sandwich and fries were cold. I caught the attention of the staff at the window and kindly asked for a fresh order of hot fries, but she seemed irritated by my request. I didn’t want to make a fuss about the sandwich, otherwise, I would have given this place a 5-star rating.

The fries were served without any salt, which I found quite disappointing. The Coke was lacking in flavor, and the quarter pounder with cheese was bland. Overall, my experience was not good. The servers weren't as friendly as one would expect in Memphis. Food rating: 1/5.

This is the ONLY McDonald's in the area that has a functioning frappe/smoothie machine. It's a reliable spot for cold drinks during the hot summer months. The location was busy, but the wait for drinks was surprisingly short. However, parking was tight, and this part of Poplar tends to be very crowded. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5!

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. First, they never serve fresh fries. I was just there and while they were mopping the floor, it was so wet that my 4-year-old slipped and fell, hurting himself. One staff member asked if he was okay but didn’t bother to come check, while another just brushed it off, saying he was fine. He wasn't fine! Then, my order of medium fries arrived as a small, and they were definitely not fresh. This restaurant is a complete joke. When I tried to call, my calls just kept getting disconnected. Every time I visit, they mess something up, like serving undercooked hamburgers.
