Mcalister's Deli - Memphis

Saw a roach run across the floor service was terrible and food was not good

It took 25 minutes to receive my order. I was on my lunch break so I wasn't happy about that...

What can I say? I totally love having lunch at this place!! The hardest thing is deciding what to eat!! Their salads, soups, sandwiches and potatoes are ALL great!!! You order and pay at the counter, get a number and the servers bring your items to you!! That’s expected!! However, at this location, I was checked on several times to make sure everything was good for me!! They went far above what was expected and the food was delicious!!!

I ordered a spud ole, and had to ask for a side of chili, due to the fact that Mcalister's is afraid to give you enough to cover the potato. Also, I only had 4 slices of jalopeno on the potato. I don't think it would break Mcalister's to provide enough ingredients to actually enjoy your meal.

I used to love coming to McAllister but something has changed. I got half a sandwich a French Dip and a cup of soup the soup was good but The meat looked like it had come out of a prepackaged serving. No cheese. The meat only filled up the bun half way. Very disappointed. Not a good experience that would have made me want to come back.
