I ordered the $20.00 fillup box, which included all pieces of chicken and three large sides. I usually avoid getting the breast because it is rarely prepared properly, but the chicken that day was incredibly moist and juicy. While I don't often get pot pie there, this meal deal was fantastic.

I thought the lady taking my order would be bothered but she was extremely patient with us. Here’s where things went HORRIBLE. I guess someone in the cars before me said something to the KFC employee. They were yelling and I could hear them in my car several cars back. The drive thru line wasn’t moving at all. The girl working the window had left the window to go outside to confront the customer. Every KFC employee went outside to confront this person. They shut the whole restaurant down. I was in disbelief. Their lobby isn’t even open yet they opened the door to confront this person. Customer service is at an all time LOW

Unfortunately, my order was incorrect; I had ordered an 8-piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn, but received the 8-piece meal with corn and mac and cheese. While I could overlook this mistake, I was truly disappointed by the taste. Has KFC changed their recipe? Whatever it was, it didn't taste like my old hometown KFC from Louisville, Kentucky. It was different, and not in a good way. It wasn't the KFC I remembered from my childhood. I may consider giving it another chance in the future, but it will take some time to forget this bad experience. The corn was also cold and lackluster. KFC, you need to fix this. The Colonel would not be pleased. This wasn't the original 11 herbs and spices recipe he created nearly 70 years ago.

We could barely hear her so my mom said it again for clarity. The woman starts yelling the order backat my mom so loud the speaker was shaking and disrespectfully added ?That?s what I said? Totally uncalled for. Of course I had afew choice words for her yelling at my mom. But that?s not the end of it. We no longer wanted service from them because ifyou?ll yell at me for just repeating an order what would you do to my food? But as we pull off part of the staff and what lookedto be the manager older brown skinned lady with a black apron start to yell in support of the cashier?s actions. I?m honestlystill disgusted with that. After preparing my aunts funeral arrangements today I just wanted to enjoy a quiet lunch with my mombut instead I got into a spat at KFC with a disrespectful waste of skin and her coworkers. As I said never again. I hope thisreview deters you from having these toxic people preparing your food. This happened 6/13/22 at 2:40pm.

As usual they give you the food that they want to give you knowing it's not fresh or hot. You get what's been sitting up for about two hours. Thesefast-food chains never think about pleasing the customers; all they want is your money. When covid showed up all the drive thrulanes at these establishments should have been stepping their game up and showing out. But that's a whole nother sermon.
