At our arrival we sat by a manager who was very unfriendly. after approx. 15 minutes our order was made by a hostess who always apologized for having to take ou... read more At our arrival we sat by a manager who was very unfriendly. after approx. 15 minutes our order was made by a hostess who always apologized for having to take our order and not our regular server. Finally, a server came to confirm the order that the hostess had taken and then let us know that it was ready about 20 minutes before our eating. we ordered 2 drinks from the bar that took 30 minutes to get out. until then we had our appetizers and foods that were brought out at the same time. As soon as we started eating the chickpeas attarsizer, our friend noticed that the huh was pink and cold on the touch after he had already taken a bit and swallowed it! we checked the other 6 pieces and all were raw and cold for the touch! we immediately notified our server and talked to what seemed to be a cook that also acted surprised. everyone was shocked and could not believe that this had happened. our friend spoke to the manager who set up her meals and then told him to submit a report with certainty, as he took care of getting sick. after about an hour, a watchman finally appeared. she took our report and asked if it was. not sure what the purpose is to tell a watchman that we were served raw chicken, but was. if we could do negative stars, we wouldn't do what we expected from this resort!

So we had water, although we would have wanted a few tee. we could have asked about it, but not. no server/witter came to check on us for a water repository or something like that and it wasn't busy at all. we even had to ask them to bring us a leak. a total of 3 ratings

I recommend that they stay in the hotel as it was good and also the atmosphere.

I wanted to go to dinner while staying at the guesthouse in graceland and stopped having a drink on my birthday. everything was very fresh and crispy, the fries... read more I wanted to go to dinner while staying at the guesthouse in graceland and stopped having a drink on my birthday. everything was very fresh and crispy, the fries were salted and delicious, the burgers were fresh and the cheese was melted and the rolls roasted. the service was decent, and the kitchen quickly pulls out eating. the journeys with horses were $14, which are decent for such a meal.
