Domino's Pizza - Memphis

Still no refund after emailing and calling the store several times . This store is so ridiculous! Literally still haven’t received a refund for my order . I have attempted to reach out to the store over 10 times and no one picked up . When someone finally reached out to me she stated that she would refund it but didn’t. We usually don’t have problems with our food here but the service and food were so terrible last time that I just can’t with Dominoes . Toppings were missing on the pizza and the dough was super tough . Things wings were so undercooked it was ridiculous.

My son is on the spectrum and loves Domino's. He is very particular about his order and they make sure it's to his liking every time. Thanks for making ordering so easy.

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 pizzas from this store for carryout. we got home and they left toppings off both our pizzas, he decided he would still eat his, I wanted my pizza how I ordered it. when I called and spoke with the workers I was given attitude and spoke down to and told the pizza was made correctly when I can clearly see with my own eyes they left off toppings. eventually after a lot of back and forth I am told rudely to order a new pizza. if you want a pizza you didn't order and attitude from managers and cooks, then this is the dominos for you.

Since moving in the area, I've experienced great food and service upon many interactions. Out of the 3 Dominoes used in Memphis, this location is by far the best!

Again tried to give the one down the road from my house an opportunity to earn my business and the tracker said my food was ready and estimated for delivery anywhere between 5-15 at 6:30. A hour later and my food is still no where to be found and the store put me on hold for 30 minutes before I finally hung up. Worst damn customer service I’ve ever gotten. 6-25-2024 I’ve been sitting here waiting for 30 minutes for an order that they told me would be ready in 5 then they proceeded to give everyone else that walked in after me their food before I received mine that was sitting on a rack. Poor customer service and poor communication skills
