Customer service varied greatly, with reports ranging from courteous and attentive employees to rude, indifferent behavior. Issues such as overcharging, incomplete orders, and inconsistent food quality were noted. The environment occasionally presented awkward moments beyond the restaurant’s control. Overall, guests experienced polar opposite encounters, suggesting a need for improvements in staff training, order accuracy, and food consistency to elevate the dining experience across locations.

The customer service was severely lacking. There was no greeting, no smiles, and overall, the staff came across as rude and indifferent. They hardly spoke at all. Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, I can confidently say that this behavior would have resulted in serious consequences at my previous jobs. In my experience in the food industry, this has to be one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had in the last decade. This establishment really needs to reevaluate its food quality, staff training, and refrigeration practices.
Not all Checkers are the same... This one is my favorite for a never broken shake machine, fresh fries, and the best Deep Sea Double around!
We order to go a lot, because the food is good but the service at the place isn't that
I hate to give bad reviews but I had to for this one. For starters I tried to order my food and the guy taking it said he was out of half the things I wanted so then I tried to order something else and he refused to serve me and kept telling me that they were out of the stuff. So I decided to just leave and go to a different checkers in German town.
