They hardly spoke at al... read more The customer service was severely lacking. There was no greeting, no smiles, and overall, the staff came across as rude and indifferent. They hardly spoke at all. Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, I can confidently say that this behavior would have resulted in serious consequences at my previous jobs. In my experience in the food industry, this has to be one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had in the last decade. This establishment really needs to reevaluate its food quality, staff training, and refrigeration practices.

For starters I tried to order my food and the guy taking it said he was out of half the things I wanted so then I tried to order something else and he refused to serve me and kept telling me that they were out of the stuff. So I decided to just leave and go to a different checkers in German town.
