Customer service at the Lamar Location in Memphis, Tennessee is not acceptable. They don’t sound engaged on the drive-through microphone. They sound very mean and as though they don’t care about their customers. One of their associates has yelled at me before.My recent visit, I ordered the Fry Lovers Burger. The burger was very small with little fries. It should have been two times bigger than the one given.I would return but I would order something I usually do and I would go for the food because the associates aren’t good in customer service.Customer Service is important for customer retention.

Parking: On the side of restaurant and they were not busy. The parking lot was empty about 20 spots maybe more Kid-friendliness: A kid would be able to be a kid Wheelchair accessibility: Yes a wheelchair is nit a problem they have handicap parking for that
The employees and service were excellent.
This restaurant was terrible. The fries were hard, the cheeseburger looked like it had been recooked, and the chicken sandwich had mold on it. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. The service was lazy and unprofessional. I will never return to this restaurant. If I hadn't checked the food, my kids could have gotten sick. Overall, I would rate this experience 0/10.
