The overall dining experience at this restaurant seems to be a mixed bag. While some patrons faced long waits, incorrect orders, and unappetizing food, others had pleasant experiences with efficient service and good food quality. The establishment received mixed reviews on staff attentiveness and food quality, with some dishes being overcooked or lacking flavor. The presence of friendly and efficient servers seems to have made a positive impact on customers. The kid-friendliness of the restaurant also received praise. Overall, opinions vary widely, ranging from negative to positive, making it difficult to ascertain a consensus about the restaurant's quality.

Was Kitanda Moore at Applebee's a mag?
During a power outage in my area, I took my hungry son out for dinner. After being turned away from one restaurant and ignored at another, I decided to try a drive-thru. When I spotted Applebee's, I took the chance, and it turned out to be the best decision I made that night. We were welcomed and seated promptly, and our server, Mr. Christopher, was excellent. The drinks were just right, and my son loved his late-nig... View all feedback.

What Austin Emmerich dislikes about Applebee's:
We waited 20 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was less than half full. It took an additional 20 minutes to get service, and the kids' food arrived first. We waited 15 minutes to receive silverware for them to eat, and finally got one adult plate. We then waited another 10 minutes to receive the other two plates. The food was made completely wrong. This was the worst birthday dinner ever!!!! View all feedback.

When I was in New Hampshire earlier this year the small town I was staying in had limited options for dining. One of them was Applebee's. I found a few things on their menu that I really liked. I often ordered French onion soup along with the strawberry vinaigrette chicken salad, or the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp.Occasionally since then I've dropped into an Applebee's and ordered those items. Then tonight, I was served this. I think it's supposed to be French onion soup. That's an actual slice of Swiss cheese just plopped on top of a slice of bread on a bowl of beef soup with onions. The cheese wouldn't melt and was...chewy. The salad wasn't quite right either.I gave them the option to try again on the soup. Instead they took it off the bill. So they know they're serving substandard food. Not unhealthy, but unappetizing. I didn't ask to speak to a manager, but in most restaurants if you send something back they immediately know about it and come over to check on you. Tonight, no one came over to check on me. They've clearly quit caring.I certainly won't be back to this location, and it will probably be awhile before I give the chain another chance. They went into a nosedive about 10 years ago and pulled out. Righted their ship. Seems like maybe someone has stepped away from the controls again.

The power went out in my area. My son was hungry so we went out for dinner. After getting turned away at one restaurant, ignored at another, I went through a drive through. I saw Applebee's and took a chance. Best decision was my last unfortunately. We weregreeted and seated in a timely manner. Our server Mr. Christopher was AMAZING! Drinks ???? were on point! My son was satisfiedwith his late night carbs. ???? I will definitely be back often.
