From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and sitting immediately and everything went so smooth. the waiting staff was friendly and efficient and the food was wonderful. we tried the early bird specialties and they are a big bargain. this place never disappointed.
Eating was good, but nothing excellent. our server (kendall) was excellent!
Our waitress, Jennifer, made my wife's birthday dinner an enjoyable experience.
It was good, just a bit off from usual. Food was not hot, bread was cold and poor waitress was overworked.
We had Amerigo as a special meal shortly after Christmas. The food was fair. Very large portions. The service was good but not exceptional. We found the food to be barley above Olive Garden quality. The price was definitely not on par with the quality. Ronnie Grisanti’s still takes the cake for authentic Italian food in the East Memphis area.
