CHARGED FOR CANCELLED GOLF SIM TIMEI have been here once before and the simulators for Golf don't seem to be that good at tracking your ball like the GOLFZON and TRACKMAN systems.We decided to try to catch a time because it is now winter here in NY. I called Pickle and Par to schedule a time that we could come in, but immediately after we hung up something came up. We called back within 15 minutes of the first call to cancel. We were told that it was ok but when our CC bill came in we were charged $110!Called the establishment and they tried to give us a credit to play there but we refused. Why would we settle for credit when we were wrongfully charged? They, then came back and said we would be able to get a refund but the CC charge of 5$ would need to be paid by US.This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE as we were charged when we cancelled 15 MINUTES after we scheduled the time.WILL BE PLAYING PICKLEBALL in HEMPSTEAD.WILL BE PLAYING SCREEN GOLF IN BAYSIDE CHOICE screen golf.I would warn others to not frequent this place. They overcharge and you might be charged because they save cards in the system and seem to charge it whenever they want.

Pickle n Par is one of the best places to be a member at, the moment you walk in the front door the staff is professional and is willing to address any of you concerns. I have and will continue to highly recommend Pickle N Par to my friends and newbie’s to the sport! Andrew keep up the great work you and your staff are the best! Guaranteed you will leave sweaty and happy!!!
