Good coffee. Staff was nice.
This was a bad experience my friends and I tried to order some food and they kept messing up our order, they needed so much help from other employees they all looked lost and the help didn’t seem to know how to help. They messed up our order as well. The vibe was not it. I come here often and it’s always like this. ?
I arrived at this location early to avoid the after-school rush and was greeted promptly. However, my order wasn't completely fulfilled. I was about to request another coffee, but instead, I was checked out without being asked if I wanted anything else besides the coffee I had ordered. I understand that this place can get busy at times, but it wasn’t busy during my visit. This is just one of the many reasons I don't visit this location often—service and customer care seem to be overlooked.
This has become my new favorite Dunkin'! The drive-thru was fast and effortless, and I received exactly what I ordered. Thank you for being the highlight of my day when I needed it the most!
