Great dishes right from the starters to the chef specials , staff was so friendly, quick and catered to all the different wishes of our group(one being allergic to gluten was brought a special gluten free bread in no time! will definitely love to eat here again

Unfortunately, the experience was not the best... read more Driven by the good experiences we had in past years, we went with some friends to have dinner at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was not the best from several points of view: the menu on the site does not reflect what is offered by the restaurant. in a place of this level I expect impeccable service, but instead it was inattentive and approximate with very long waiting times. the dishes, good but did not surprise me, sometimes resulting in some flavors being unbalanced. prices of a starred restaurant, a little exaggerated for what is offered. However, I appreciated that the staff, in the end, tried in some way to apologize for the delay and lack of professionalism. Small adjustments are enough to make it a good experience and I hope that this review can be useful as a starting point for improvement. I attach to the review the dishes ordered which however were well presented.

Stayed at the hotel 5 nights and enjoyed dinners and lunches multiple times during our stay, all the staff have been so friendly and nice, even if some of them... read more Stayed at the hotel 5 nights and enjoyed dinners and lunches multiple times during our stay, all the staff have been so friendly and nice, even if some of them struggle with English, they still went all the way out to service and help. Food was tip top, that’s also why we had lunch at their mora mora bar everyday, and also twice dinner at Aura the hotel restaurant. We strongly recommend it if you are visiting the region.
