Our first night at hotel Posia we decided to dine in-house at Aura. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The ambiance is fancy but not cold. The staff is super friendly and ready for advice at any time. We got the perfect wine suggestion as well as for the food. Everything on the menu looked delicious and after some suggestions we ate the most wonderful dishes. They even cooked a raw dish for one of my friends who is pregnant. We will definitely eat here again and we totally recommend this restaurant!
During our vacation in the Salento, we found this restaurant driving along the coast. It is in a new hotel called POSIA and we liked the atmosphere and booked for dinner. The food was delicious, the menus itself creative in wording and in presentation, and the service was very good. Definitely can recommend this restaurant when in the area.
