However, the staff are not very friendly, and there’s a noticeable lack of communication and management, which is quite disappointing and detracts from the overall experience, despite the quality of the drinks. Given the long queues and the relatively high prices, I expected better customer service. The canelé is delicious and worth the cost, but the banoffee is just average and nothing remarkable. It... read more The Mog Champ sends his regards. We ordered three cakes and a matcha latte to-go from Tori’s. This time, we chose the ube, banoffee, and black forest cakes. It was my first visit to Tori’s, and the interior is very cozy, though seating is limited, so it’s not ideal for large groups. All the cakes were delicious, especially the matcha latte. The adorable decor creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing over a cup of tea or coffee. We sampled the Ube Basque cheesecake and the taro layer cake, both absolutely fantastic!
