The base of the Spudbar bowls consists either of regular boiled potatoes or sweet potatoes, which are cut with scissors and mashed slightly. On top, you can choose from various toppings and salads. Each Spudbar bowl is definitely enough to satisfy two people—trust me on that! 1) Moroccan Chickpea and Kale: This vegetarian option is incredibly delicious and absolutely worth a try. It features warm Moroccan chickpeas, a kale mix with delightful wild rocket, a quinoa grain mix, along with beetroot, hummus, and spring onions. All these ingredients complement each other perfectly. If you're looking for some heat, you can add jalapeños like I did. I enjoyed this with regular potatoes. 2) Chilli Bean and Salsa: Another fantastic combination that pairs perfectly with sweet potatoes. The spicy tomato salsa combined with the sweetness of the potato created a delightful tangy flavor. The bowl also included mild chili beans, corn, cheddar cheese, shredded cabbage, sour cream, and was topped with chips, making it reminiscent of nachos. Absolutely delicious! 3) Mexican Chicken: This was one of the simpler options we tried. It featured free-range chicken, mild chili beans, wild rocket, carrots, corn, and jalapeño mayonnaise. Personally, this one didn't impress me as much, but tastes vary from person to person. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that reminded me of Subway in the way you get to choose your ingredients. However, I've never had anything quite like this that was both healthy and filling. Definitely worth a visit!

The salad I brought was literally one of the freshest salads I've ever had. <br/ <br/ The stuff members here are great people. I must say that these guys didn't have such a smooth beginning, they had a few things against them. One was being the location the other being their competitors serving cheaper deep fried meals. But these guys saw the odds and never gave up, for that I thank you, truely a underdog tale. <br/ <br/ My salad tasted wonderful, best thing about it that it wasn't cold. I've been to restaurants where they serve you salad cold, that tastes awful and is the reason why salads are typically avoided. But by serving the salad fresh and warm is heavenly and the way it should be served. <br/ <br/ Plus it's good to note that all their salads are gluten-free and are made from organic ingredients. It's also good to see that they have a lot of salads for vegetarians or vegans. Also another plus is that you can make your own salads.<br/ <br/ If you actually do the maths works. It actually works out cheaper to eat here rather than buying junk foods. I'm looking forward to coming back here to try other salads.

They offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, as well as vegan mayonnaise and gluten-free dishes. The portions are generous too! If you prefer a quieter dining experience, they have two tables with four chairs available. Support this small business—I highly recommend it!
