At Red Hahn, customer experiences vary significantly, reflecting a spectrum of satisfaction. While some diners praised the excellent service and flavorful dishes like chili aioli burger boxes and pineapple fritters, others encountered disappointing food quality, with some items arriving cold or bland. Service incidents marred certain visits, particularly from staff struggling to handle pressure. Additionally, menu inconsistencies and lack of certain offerings frustrated patrons seeking signature fried chicken. Despite the mixed reviews, the overall dining experience appears heavily influenced by staff efficiency and food preparation consistency, making it a restaurant with potential yet room for improvement.

Was Anonym at Red Rooster a mag?
We ordered the chili aioli burger boxes and the pineapple fritters, and we have no complaints about either dish. The person who served us was polite and efficient. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Red Rooster:
I ordered the buttermilk wings and discovered that they were still cold and frozen in the middle. The other dishes were cooked properly, but overall I found the food to be bland and a bit overpriced. View all feedback.

I have a medical condition, and I found the staff at the Red Hahn South Cross Station in Melbourne to be very helpful and professional with my order. They even brought it to my table and made sure I had everything I needed for my meal. My experience at Red Hahn was excellent; the food was very good—hot and fresh. The chips were just right, not soggy at all, and served in the perfect quantity.

Absolutely the rude service I have ever experienced. the older lady on the recipe should not be there if she can not deal with pressure her exact words loudly spoken, I make a break in a minute that I had it then went to slam utensilien around and also slam the cash I come every Thursday but never back

Chicken was dry and chips had no flavour. Staff had no idea what they were doing let alone have good customer service skills. I ordered “loaded fries” and that’s what I got in the picture but the poster for it was completely different. Wouldn’t pay $5 for this ever again
