This breakfast spot is top-notch! The ingredients are high-quality, the portions are generous, the poached eggs are perfectly cooked, the coffee is delicious, and the orange juice is fresh. It's a great way to start the day. I will definitely be returning and would recommend it to others. It's convenient for those staying at the Mantra on Little Bourke in Melbourne, as it's only a 20-meter walk from the hotel. Don't... View all feedback.
What paulkwhitts doesn't like about Prime House:
Bought a Groupon voucher for Prime House whilst on vacation in Melbourne. Visited today and it was ok! Food was better than expected but service was poor. Would go again but not at full price! Had to ask for cutlery and napkin as it was not given with the food. Served by a very random bloke who didn 't seem to be part of the restaurant. The place really could be sorted into a good place to go but............! Shame! View all feedback.
I started my meal with a delicious Bone Marrow that was superb! My main course of Black Angus steak was perfectly cooked to my liking of well done. My husband wanted to order dry-aged beef but they only had larger cuts available. Thankfully, our server Iffah, who was very knowledgeable about steak, provided excellent service and recommended we try the Wagyu Pichana, a different cut of meat we had never tried before. It was a great first experience and we have no regrets! We will definitely be returning for this dish. We also had a slice of moist chocolate cake for my husband's birthday. The atmosphere was still pleasant despite the current circumstances. The food was superb and the service we received at Prime was excellent.
The food was delicious, fresh and looked great. I had a burger and my brother had the pork crackling and we both thought it was PERFECT!! The atmosphere was friendly and happy, the customer service was great. would go there again and recommend it to anyone who cares about taste and quality, and at a good price too !!
We were drawn in by the inviting scents of the restaurant, which smelled fresh and aromatic. The decor was stylish, with a clever use of seating in a small space. The service was quick but lacking in warmth, as a smile costs nothing. The menus offered a great selection and waters were delivered without us having to ask, which was a nice touch. The chicken avocado salad was very tasty, while the chicken and cheese toasted sandwich was huge and crunchy, though the chicken was a bit dry. The pulled pork bun was also tasty but lukewarm. The prices were high for a lunch menu, so I would choose another restaurant next time. If the service had been friendlier, I would consider returning.

The service is also quick.
