When my drive-through order for a birthday dinner went seriously wrong last week, she went out of her way to ensure I received a complete replacement and sincerely apologized for the mistake. The service is consistently quick, and everything is always fresh. I've never encountered stale chips, and the staff are generally very friendly as well.
