Coombe Yarra Valley - COLDSTREAM

Again it was a lovely experience. A beautiful day, beautiful surroundings, lovely atmosphere and excellent food cooked expertly. What we have come to expect but appreciate the consistency of quality hospitality. The Beetroot Sorbet was superb. Some experimental food is just plain weird but this was absolutely first rate in flavout, texture, colour, creaminess and a perfect contribution to the rest of the items in the Eton Mess. Well Done to all concerned.

Overall I would rate Coombe Estate on the same level as Florentino’s in Melbourne or any top restaurant in Melbourne. The welcome greeting, Irene our wait person, the food, the amazing view, beautiful dining area were AAA top notch. Well done as usual. I have been a visitor several times and of course will keep coming back.

We love visiting Coombes and we try and come every 3 weeks. The service and Staff are impeccable. They always greet us and are very polite and helpful. We had a lovely waitress yesterday named Alissa. We have had her before and she really went way above to make sure we were enjoying our visit. Gemma at the front desk is very lovely and professional. We always come back as we enjoy our visits.

Stunning restaurant with old world charm blended with elegant modern twists. Food was exceptional, service spot on. Our Birthday Girl got even a glass of Coombes bubbles.
