Was Anonym at Jinda Thai a mag?
The vegan menu is right at the back of the main menu (I almost thought they didn’t have one but was happily surprised). I was told only the vegan menu is vegan friendly items as the other things on the menus that could potentially be made vegan can’t due to fish sauce. So definitely only order from the vegan section! The pad Thai was soo amazing! The tofu was super delicious and the noodles were fresh and reminded me... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Jinda Thai:
Described by many like the best and most authentic Thai food in Melbourne,Jinda Thai, in an old building on a side street in Abbotsford near the railway line reminded me of some back roads in Bangkok. You have the authentic part right... and the food was good and basic Thai. The set-up was 'basic and a little quirky and overall an interesting experience (food and service and price) but I could not lift the review abo... View all feedback.
Wotta wonderful dining experience! And it's a Monday night! You would be excused to think it was the end of the week as it's nearly standing room only.
I had been looking forward to jinda Thai for a while as I had heard raving reviews but was very disappointed. There is a parking lot near the restaurant
Without a doubt the best Thai in Melbourne but warning either book or be prepared to waitThis venue is also cash only for lunch.
Absolutely loved our dinner and experience at Jinda. Normally, when we eat Thai food, it tends to be a handful of dishes we enjoy and a couple misses. I must say Jinda changed that where every dish that arrived on the table was bang on, full of flavour and downright delicious. The seafood tom yum by far was the best I've had. The crispy prawns were magic. Satay with roti was yum and every curry we ordered was sensational. This was such an enjoyable dinner that we ordered takeaway from them the next night. Highly recommend for that unmessed with, flavourful food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
