My Hotel I was in uses this restaurant. I only used for breakfast. Staff very attentive, in fact I would say one of the best I have experienced, from the moment you walk in to leave. I could not fault their waitering skills.Breakfast for me water, OJ and coffee then pick something from the good selection they had.The Croissant ham cheese egg was a good choice but it sold out quickly. Alternatives worked for me. I noticed a number of those on way to work would be walking in, so clearly a favourite with the locals.
Went here for dinner on Mothers Day and found it to be reasonably quiet so finding a table was not difficult. Staff were attentive and were able to agrees my concerns about my allergy to sesame seed/oil. To begin with we shared the tempura moriawase which was beautiful and fresh. I decided to try the unagi kubayaki, which is grilled eel, something I had never had before and was a little unsure of. I must say it had a fairly unique taste, not too fishy and with a soft and not too flaky texture. I didn't really mind it all. Others on the table had prawn dishes, all of which were very tasty. The bar also has a great selection of Japanese whiskies. A pretty reasonable dining experience.
