Melbourne restaurants, especially in the CBD can be noisy. This little ramen shop is small and quiet. Prompt service, extensive menu and good value. You could eat a different meal every night for weeks. The salmon carpaccio was a delight, so well prepared, presented and tasty. View all feedback.

For a few evenings in a row, on our way home, we saw a queue outside this place. So decided to try it. Went in for an early lunch; so only a couple of tables were occupied. Ordered two bowls of ramen. Both were more than sufficient for us and both were yummy. Would recommend this highly for anyone looking for good ramen in Melbourne.

We walked past this shop on numerous occasions and never walked in. We decided to try it today and weren't disappointed. The food was served quickly and was reasonably priced.

I love this place. It's not upscale or snooty like many Japanese restaurants in the city, but it offers delicious and affordable food that tastes authentic. The extensive menu includes all the classic Japanese dishes.

This restaurant has become my favorite spot for mouthwatering Japanese cuisine. Both dining in and takeout are convenient options, and the staff is friendly. My only gripe is that their prices fluctuate throughout the day, with lower prices for lunch and higher prices for dinner, which I find a bit unfair. The Gyu Tan Don here is just as tasty as the one at Menya, and it has quickly become one of my favorite dishes. If you're looking for something different, give their special, Katsu Curry Udon, a try. I've also become a big fan of this dish.
