Then there is Cookie, the place that is always jumping, has brilliant food and drink and you think - walking up Swanston Street was worth it and once you are up those stairs in Curtin House it is an oasis of cool on all sorts of dimensions.The team make you feel right at home and are right on it in terms of looking after you. Questions in relation to the menu and drinks answered in detail.Baked Scallops, Pomelo, Coriander & Chilli plus the Betel Bliss Bombs DIY- Betel Leaves, Peanuts, Lime, Coconut, Ginger, Onion & Dried Shrimp with Sticky Shrimp & Coconut Sauce were sensational starters for our meal. Tangy flavours and brilliant balance.Main courses of Fried Snapper, Bok Choi, Tamarind & Fried Shallots with the tamarind making the taste really rewarding and Green Curry, Chicken & Corn Dumplings, Yard Beans & Basil rounding out the meal. And we chose a pinot grigio to match the food and it worked really well. I'd recommend getting in early evening or book a table, you would be disappointed if you missed out.

Was recommended to us by a local Friend. We walked in at 19.30 and were luck to be given a table immediately ( had been warned of a waiting time ). Great selection of beers and amazing food (Ordered the pepper snapper and minced beef with Thai basil which were great - but the salmon and avocado salad was so good). The place had a great lively and happening feel to it. Would love to come back.
