The food was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the portions were generous. My favorite dish was the ox tail tagine, with fall-off-the-bone meat cooked in a flavorful soup and served with perfectly cooked rice. A close second was the lamb shank with rice. The dip was decent, but I personally prefer the smoky Persian Iranian eggplant dips as it had a more sour taste. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely return to try other dishes if I find myself in the area again in the future.

The food was authentically Egyptian and Middle Eastern, with a modern fusion twist on some menu items. I highly recommend trying the grass-fed lamb burger - it was delicious. I will definitely be visiting again.

They are more than willing to walk you through the menu, which is quite extensive, and help you make a choice. They guarantee an experience that will leave you wanting more. In our case, my husband ordered too much, and I couldn't finish my meal despite my best efforts, which speaks to the quality of the food. Although I left feeling full, I am already looking forward to my next visit with my children to try other dishes on the menu.

We grabbed an outdoor table on a warm night and chose to start with olives and dips. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. My sparkling wine went well with the hummus and smoked eggplant dips which were served with warm bread and pita.The olives were plump and spicy. After those we ordered quail and a mixed grill. Both were delicious and the serves are large and well priced.

Service was very attentive as well.Food was delicious! One of the best Hummus we had in Melbourne and both the kebab and the burger were great and very filling.The owner/chef worked in several hotels in the past including in Melbourne and the Middle East. He clearly knows his job well, fantastic and unique dishes.Will be back for more!
