Dreadful. This place was originally an actual restaurant, but is now a Chinese tour stop. It should be avoided by anyone else - I went there with a Chinese friend, and without him basically ordering the staff around, we would still be there. The food was poor, overpriced, the service was bad, and they are cash only (they could not even make change for a $5!), I assume because it is no longer a legitimate restaurant. Check out their bizarre online menu that is as frightening as it is hilarious. Something is very very fishy with this one....BEWARE - DO NOT GO!

Saw the claim on their menu of "No. 01 Charcoal Grilled Fish in Melbourne", so, thought we HAVE to try this. Ordered the mild version of the hot and spicy Barranmundi but it was deep fried (not grilled) and it was super spicy. Also got talked into adding a couple of condiments into the fish which is not worth it for the additional $8 as they replaced bean shoots with bean sprouts and the mushrooms were not much in the dish. Definitely a 1/5 for the fish. Service was ok: 4/5Price: 2/5Overall: 2.3/5

We visited in the evening. Can highly recommend their signature fish dish- Panda Loves Fish. I don't know if our dish is served during the day.We were flattered to be told that we were their first 'Westerners'! The place was filled with Chinese-always a good indication of authenticity and value.

During our visit, we tried the pan-fried dumplings, early morning wobble pancakes, and a large summe. The soup was flavorful, the pancakes were delicious, and the dumplings were also quite good. The total cost came to just over $32, which we found to be very reasonable considering the generous portions. We highly recommend this restaurant. While the website indicates that the restaurant is not open on Saturday and Sunday for dinner, we found that it was indeed open during those times. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Awful. This restaurant used to be a legitimate establishment, but now it is just a hotspot for Chinese tour groups. It is not recommended for anyone else. I went there with a Chinese friend, and even without ordering, we were stuck there for a long time. The food was terrible, overpriced, the service was poor, and they only accepted cash (no change for a $5 bill!). It seems like they are no longer a genuine restaurant. The online menu is strange and frightening. Something fishy is going on here... Beware and avoid this place!
