The sofritas, their vegan "protein," is not only unappetizing but also high in fat and carbohydrates, with very little protein content. Why is it labeled as a protein option at all?

The guacamole was too salty and the bowls we... read more I have tried 40-50 different dishes at this restaurant and I found the portion sizes to be small and disappointing. The guacamole was too salty and the bowls were not properly garnished. However, I have been to the restaurant twice in 2019 and both experiences were positive. The food is fresh and the focus on ingredients other than meat and cheese is refreshing. Hopefully, the restaurant will improve in the future and I will update my review with more stars if warranted.

The chips were drenched in so much salt... read more I ordered two items, and unfortunately, both arrived cold and poorly packaged, despite having paid for express delivery. The chips were drenched in so much salt that I feel like I might have high blood pressure from just one! Out of the batch, there were only 4-5 decent chips and around 30-35 stale ones. Overall, my $40 order was completely spoiled by terrible customer service and a lack of care in food preparation. Also, there were absolutely no napkins or plastic utensils included, even though I had ordered a bowl.
